This group is dedicated to listening to and learning from patient's and family member's stories of their end-of-life experiences. Persons offering to have their stories recorded as an instructive resource are required to give their permission to post them on PCN and know that their names will be kept confidential. Should they later wish to have them removed they may request this option. PCN accepts no liability nor responsibiity for the content for these interviews. While persons are free to talk about any topic, their stories must use generic names for persons, places, organizations, institutions, etc. It is essential that these stories in no way cause harm to anyone.
