Features:
Keep in touch with your colleagues. If you have an organization use this site to keep in touch with your membership and keep them informed.
Your own “dashboard” that you can arrange to your liking using the edit feature.
Create your own blogs and pages.
For best results to display your text, donot copy and paste but type it. This is a feature to prevent plagiarism.
Create your own groups. Have Control access to your work. (see privacy below)
Conveniently sending and receiving updates
Go to “Settings”
Select “Notifications”
You have 3 modes of notification to chose from
To your personal email (yahoo etc.) chose the email option
To have it forwarded to your PCN community account chose “Site”
None
To receive notifications when actions are performed on your content ( eg entries by visitors) to your personal email like yahoo etc chose the “email” option
If you are “Friends” with a member of PCN community, you can be informed of their updates by going to “Notifications” and choosing “Notifications per user”. You will then have to find the name of your friend listed in alphabetical order and chose your preferred mode of being kept informed.
To receive notifications when new content is added to a group you are a member of, go to “Group Notifications” and chose your preference.
Share files.

Create and share photo albums.
The easiest way to add pictures to your content is to upload the picture as a file. When you want to add a picture to the content click on embed/upload media on the top right of the text box, chose the file and embed it. You can then make changes to the picture. Note: Any picture yo uupload is downloadable by other users.
Create your calendar and share upcoming events.
Send emails to members within the community.
Invite friends. ( Importer)
Four levels of privacy. You have the option of sharing your work with:
· Invited users only
· Your friends
· All logged in members
· Public (no login requires)
“Tag” your activities so they can be easily found using the “search feature”.
