Participation is for free.

Download the Power Point template. You will be able to open a preset template that you can use. You are free to alter the template and agree not to tamper with the bottom part in blue.

You can add logos and pictures. As the submitting author, you bear all the responsibility to ensure that you have received permission for the use of pictures or copyright material when applicable.

There is a limit to five posters per author.

Posters related to work submitted elsewhere are welcome. Posters accepted to an Internatinal Palliative Care Network Poster Exhibition should not be resubmitted.

By submitting a poster, you as the author acknowledge that the content of your poster is your original work and you are responsible for all its contents.

Palliative Care Network will have all the rights to and will own the posters submitted. This is to be able to display the work without any restrictions. The authors will maintain ownership of the work mentioned in the poster.

All submitted posters will go through a screening process and the authors of the submitting posters will be informed of the status of their poster via email.

Authors of the submitting posters will be required to create a profile on the Palliative Care Network Community (PCNC) website when submitting a poster. This is to ensure that their work gets optimal exposure. This will allow authors to better educate and to be contacted by palliative care professionals interested in learning more about their work. By submitting the poster, you agree with the terms and conditions for the Palliative Care Network Poster Exhibition-2010.

Submit your poster to Posters2010@palliativecarenetwork.com. Please make sure you have a Palliative Care Network Community account in your (first author) name at the time of submission.

Identify the category your poster belongs to as the subject of your email submission.
