If submitted posters are difficult to read, they will be rejected.

Identify the category your poster belongs to as the subject of your email submission. If not mentioned, the poster will be rejected.

Text on posters should be readable when “slideshow” option of power point is used for the poster.

To ensure minor errors are not overlooked, check your poster by using the magnification (zoom) feature of Power Point.

Freely move/add/delete content and format of the poster except for the bottom blue portion that is not to be edited/tampered with.

In case the sizes of the text boxes are changed, please keep the size of all the text boxes consistent.

To ensure accurate alignment of your poster contents, use the "ruler" and "grid" options of the "View" feature of Power Point.

Maximum file size allowed: 5MB

Each poster must be submitted as a Power Point slide.

If you are not familiar with the use of Power Point, please make use of the various free resources available online.
