HOPAC is a Tanzanian based NGO with a Mission of caring for the HIV infected and affected, by providing them with prevention, care, and support, so as to imrpove their quality of life. To increase life expectancy of the vulnerable and marginalized by encouraging lifestyles and environment that supports better living standards.
